Cancellation Policy

Envogue Salon requires a credit card number to secure all appointments. We understand circumstances may arise that cannot be avoided so we are happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge with 48-hour notice.

 

To protect our stylists, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.

• Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are subject to be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

• Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance and "no call no shows" are subject to be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

• To ensure all clients have the best experience at Envogue Salon, any appointment arrivals 15 minutes or later from their start time may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and have to reschedule their appointment for another day.

By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy and give permission to charge your card on file for any late cancelled or missed appointment.
